INTRODUCTION

      Academic year of 2009-2010, the year was launched with the theme "innovating management, improving quality and promoting training to satisfy the needs of society", it is the 6^th year that the college to exploit training system with philosophy "every teacher is a good example for students to follow”. The college has been implementing programs and training plans to create conditions maximum that allow learners actively to make their study plans towards practice, updating, efficient in order to direct to the characteristics features of graduated students. Students are equipped with basic knowledge to be able to develop their careers, create opportunities for students that can participate in the labor market or continue to advance their knowledge by connection training programs, ability to satisfy needs of international integration of the country during the opening period. Quality of education is considered the survival of the school. With the view to provide human resources to meet the needs of the labor market, the training programs of the college is always being updated, innovative teaching methods , flexible training process, connection and implementation training model training in multi- periods in order to open  studying chances and increase the level of human resource.
